The games you need to follow during this FIFA international break

The final FIFA international break of the year is here. Eleven World Cup spots remain up for grabs, but there are also several intriguing friendlies to keep an eye on, including the last 2025 tests for the hosts: Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Major contenders such as Spain, Portugal, England, and France are looking to secure their tickets to the World Cup during this last FIFA window of the year.

Meanwhile, the reigning world champions will take on an unusual challenge, as Lionel Messi and his Argentina side travel to Angola for a friendly against the African nation.

Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazil will also close out their year with two matches: first against Senegal in London, then against Tunisia in France.

In CONCACAF, the three direct qualification spots remain undecided. Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, and Honduras are set to battle for a place in next year’s World Cup.
