Simone Biles reveals new look: “I’ve had three plastic surgeries and two of them you would never be able to tell”
The 28-year-old gymnast surprised fans by candidly discussing her cosmetic surgeries and challenging them to guess what she’d had done.
Simone Biles is one of the United States’ most famous athletes, thanks to her status as the most decorated gymnast in history with 11 Olympic medals and 30 World Championship medals. Yet for most people, her new look, which she recently revealed on social media, may be difficult to spot.
Biles invites fans to guess her surgeries
In a “fun facts” video posted on TikTok at the end of October, Biles shared that she had undergone several cosmetic procedures and challenged fans to figure out which ones.
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell,” the 28-year-old said, before inviting her followers to take a guess.

A subtle hint with emojis
When one user guessed, “Boobs, skinny BBL (Brazilian butt lift), and eye lift or skin tightening?” Biles hinted that she had indeed had breast surgery by replying with a cherries emoji.
It was actually the second time in less than two weeks that she had used the same emoji to reference a boob job. Earlier, Biles uploaded a video of herself jumping on a trampoline at the new $3 million Texas mansion she shares with her husband, Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens, along with the caption: “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherry emojis].”
Eye and ear procedures confirmed
Biles also confirmed that she had undergone a “lower bleph,” short for lower blepharoplasty, a cosmetic procedure that reduces bagginess under the eyes and removes excess skin from the upper eyelids.
“I had THE WORST eye bags,” the Ohio native wrote online.
In addition, Biles revealed that she had had surgery on one of her earlobes. “My earring got ripped out when I was younger,” she explained.
