British canoeist banned from the Olympics because of an OnlyFans video
According to Paddle UK, Kurt Adams has been suspended by the British Federation for two years and expelled from the Olympic program.
It’s becoming increasingly common to see OnlyFans cross over into the world of sports. More and more athletes are using the platform to share exclusive content with anyone willing to pay for access. One such example is Kurt Adams Rozentals, a British paddler who recently began uploading content to OnlyFans to help fund his sporting career — a decision that hasn’t gone unnoticed in the UK.
According to Paddle UK, a British paddler has been suspended for two years and removed from the Olympic programme by British Canoeing after posting an explicit video on Instagram. Although the organisation’s statement did not name the athlete, Rozentals later confirmed to BBC Sport that it was him. The video was swiftly taken down for violating Instagram’s posting guidelines.
“While I understand the video might seem crazy, it wasn’t illegal and certainly shouldn’t be grounds for expelling an athlete. Looking back, I probably wouldn’t post something like that again. But I remember how I felt when I recorded and shared it. It was the first time in my life I’d seen a real improvement in my financial situation. It was the first time I could afford my training on my own,” explained Rozentals, who said he needed the extra income because the £16,000 he received for his Olympic preparation was not enough.
