The curious question Travis Kelce refused to answer: was it about Taylor Swift?

Travis Kelce may be unstoppable at times on the field of play, but when it comes to personal questions, he also seems to be a master of the block. On the latest episode of New Heights, his popular podcast with brother Jason, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end made one thing clear: his bye week plans are strictly off-limits.

Jason tried his best to coax something, anything, out of him. “What are you doing, anything fun? You’re gonna travel? Tell us about your personal life,” he prodded. The question hung in the air like a Hail Mary before Travis calmly batted it away with a firm, “No. Not a chance,” and a knowing smile.

Cue Jason’s mock sign-off: “See you, guys!”

Fans instantly wondered if the question had something to do with a certain pop icon. After all, speculation about Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, follows him like a defensive line. But if there were romantic getaway plans in the works, Travis wasn’t spilling.

Instead, he redirected the conversation to football–specifically, the Chiefs’ frustrating 5–4 record and their recent loss to the Buffalo Bills. “We’ve got to get back to playing passionate Chiefs football,” he said.

For now, it seems the only love Travis wants to talk about is his love for the game. The rest, especially if TS is involved, stays on the sidelines.
