Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans suffered an injury during the game against the Detroit Lions — the very matchup that marked his return to the starting lineup.

Evans had missed the previous three games with a hamstring injury. This game also saw the return of fellow wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, who had been sidelined with a similar issue.

Before exiting, the 32-year-old Evans recorded 14 receptions for 140 yards and a touchdown.

The next game for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 4:05 p.m. ET, on the road against the New Orleans Saints at the Caesars Superdome.
