Patrick Mahomes, Dan Marino and Drake Maye: Patriots QB joins elite club with dominant performance against Saints
Maye continues to impress, joining an exclusive group that only a few NFL stars have reached at his age.

Drake Maye was the star of the show as the New England Patriots improved to 4-2 on the season with their Week 6 win against the New Orleans Saints at Caesars Superdome on Sunday.
Maye lit up the first half of the game, throwing three passing touchdowns to help the Patriots build an unassailable lead. The 23-year-old finished the game completing 18 of 26 passes for 261 yards and no interceptions.
Drake Maye joins elite company
The 2024 No. 3 overall pick has made a stellar start to the 2025 season, joining an elite NFL club.
As highlighted by the NFL on X, Maye joins Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott, and Miami Dolphins legend Dan Marino as the only quarterbacks aged 23 or younger to register over 200 passing yards and a 100+ passer rating in five consecutive games.
Maye beats rookie season record in October
Maye went 3-9 in 12 starts during his rookie season, a record he has already improved on in just six games in 2025.
