Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson swooned over meeting pop star Taylor Swift at Tight Ends University.
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson revealed during an interview on Sportsradio 96.7/1310 The Ticket’s show "The Sweet Spot" that he recently met Taylor Swift... and is still a bit in awe.
“I shook her hand,” Ferguson said. “I still haven’t washed my hand.”
Swift leaves Ferguson starstruck
The encounter happened during a surprise Swift performance at Tight End University, a summer camp hosted by Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and San Francisco 49ers’ George Kittle. Ferguson attended the event with his fiancée, Haley Cavinder, a former college basketball star and social media influencer.

Ferguson said Swift was “so normal” and even talked football with him, referencing the upcoming Chiefs vs. Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game in Dallas. Swift also chatted with Cavinder, who described her as “so nice.”
Cavinder, now fully invested in football, plans to visit Cowboys training camp in Oxnard for 10 days. We may see this group meet again in November when the Chiefs come to AT&T Stadium. Swift has already made appearances at several Chiefs games and is expected to attend even more this year as it’s the first time she won’t be on tour during the NFL season.
