Bills eye Super Bowl LX final inspired by Blue Jays’ advancing to the World Series
Buffalo dreams of returning to a Super Bowl for the first time in 31 years, and after the Blue Jays’ run to the World Series, they are hoping lightning will strike twice.

One of the goals ahead for the Buffalo Bills with Josh Allen as their main figure is to return to a Super Bowl, a feat that has already seen them miss out on a couple of occasions in the Championship Series, both against the Kansas City Chiefs in both 2020 and 2024.
Now, the 2025 NFL season offers an opportunity for revenge for the Bills, who currently sit in second place in the AFC East, with the New England Patriots leading the way.

The Bills’ main goal is to reach Super Bowl LX, which will be played in San Francisco next February, and with the Toronto Blue Jays’ qualification for the MLB World Series, Buffalo team’s fans are tapping into the Canadian team for inspiration.
The last two times the Toronto Blue Jays reached the World Series in MLB, Buffalo also made it to the Super Bowl, this was in both the 1992 and 1993 NFL and MLB seasons.
On those last two occasions, the Bills reached the Super Bowl, but lost both times to the Dallas Cowboys, while the Blue Jays were crowned against the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies, respectively.

The Bills are looking to change history
For the first time in 31 years, the Buffalo Bills will look to change history and leave behind the heavy record they hold of four defeats in Super Bowls and have latched onto the Toronto Blue Jays as a source of inspiration.
Prior to the start of the NFL season, the Bills were the top favorites to win the Super Bowl according to the current season’s projections, however, their current record is 4-2 so far.
