Aaron Rodgers angrily confronts teammates during Thursday loss to the Bengals
The 41-year-old has made a positive start with the Pittsburgh Steelers but cracks started to appear on TNF.

The Pittsburgh Steelers fell to a surprise 33-31 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night. The Steelers suffered from moments of poor decision-making across the game and veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared particularly frustrated with two of his teammates.
The first was running back Jaylen Warren in the aftermath of a botched attempt to run a flea flicker play. Warren took the handoff from Rodgers but quickly returned the ball, only for a flustered Rodgers to throw the ball into the ground.
The television cameras caught Rodgers asking Warren: “What are you doing?… It wasn’t a flea flicker."

After the game Rodgers was asked about the incident and he replied: “It wasn’t supposed to be a flea flicker... We weren’t on the same page.” However that was quickly undermined by Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters that a flea flicker had been called, highlighting the potential for misunderstanding with a newly installed quarterback on the field.
However the second moment of frustration was certainly not Rodgers’ fault. With less than three minutes left on the clock Rodgers threw a 68-yard touchdown pass the nudged the Steelers back ahead.
He trotted off the field with his team 31-30 in the lead, only for offensive lineman Broderick Jones to grab him by the neck and drag him to the ground. The sight of the 300lb Jones bundling over a 41-year-old starting quarterback was bizarre and Rodgers responded by angrily shoving his teammate away. Steelers staff members quickly jumped in to separate the two players but Rodgers looked furious as he was ushered away.
