I always find it intriguing to understand how much professional sports stars know about their own game, and especially their own stats. So when I heard Victor Wembanyama was getting lightly grilled about exactly that, I wanted to listen in.

He started confidently, dare I say, impressively. Who his first block victim was, came question one. Easy. First assist? Not even a hesitation. But when it came to naming the only team he had never blocked against, well, that was a lot more tricky.

He narrowed it down to the Eastern Conference. Quickly, and bluntly dismissed Toronto – “I had like 10″– but couldn’t land on the right team.
