The ceremony “Building A Legacy: Remembering Charlie Kirk” will have several speakers from the Trump Administration deliver remarks, such as J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio, Susie Wiles, Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Stephen Miller, Erika Kirk and Donald Trump.
Who is performing at the Charlie Kirk tribute?
Music will be performed by Chris Tomlin, Cody Carnes, Kari Jobe Carnes, Phil Wickham and Brandon Lake.
Other performances will be delivered by Steve Amerson and Lee Greenwood.
Chris Tomlin spoke out after the tragedy on his Instagram account: “My heart and prayers to Erika Kirk and her 2 children…what a tragic moment for our nation. I appreciate how Charlie was bold and unashamed in his faith…”
Phil Wickham also published remarks on his Instagram account: “My heart is grieved and heavy. It’s difficult to process the horrific evil, hatred and violence that we have seen in our country today and in this past week. I pray for God’s hand of comfort and peace and nearness over Charlie Kirk’s family and loved ones. That in the brokenness of their hearts God would meet them as He has promised to do. For the family and loved ones of the young lady stabbed and killed on the train in Charlotte. Please Lord be near to them. Let them know your comfort and presence and healing. For the families and loved ones impacted by recent horrible acts of violence in school shootings. Lord please may your comfort be with them and your presence rest upon them."
The ceremony will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The event begins at 1 p.m. ET.
