This is Camp Mystic, the Texas camp affected by flooding where 25 girls have gone missing
Emergency response teams are searching for survivors after a 99-year-old summer camp was hit by catastrophic floods.

As the fall-out from the Texas flooding emergency continues, search and rescue teams are still looking for at least 25 girls who went missing from the Camp Mystic summer camp.
Around 750 children were attending the Christian summer camp in Texas Hill Country this week. The 99-year-old institution is split across two sites along the Guadalupe River in Hunt, Texas, at the very center of the shocking floods.
NBC News reports that the camp has been owned by Dick and Tweety Eastland since 1974. They are the latest iteration of the Eastlands family to have owned and operated the site, going all the way back to the 1930s.
The Camp Mystic website details all of the activities on offer for children, which is based on a sprawling countryside campus. Attendees have access to rowing boats, horse-riding and tennis courts, in addition to a whole host of other outdoor activities.
On Saturday afternoon local authorities reported that 37 people had been confirmed as dead in the aftermath of the floods. The emergency situation began in the early hours of Friday morning as waters on the Guadalupe River rose by 26 feet, tearing through homes and vehicles in the area.
Torrential rains continued across parts of San Antonio through Saturday and flash food warnings remain in effect. Searchers continue to use helicopters, boats and drones as they race against the clock to find survivors stranded in the flood water.
“Everything was done to give them a heads up that you could have heavy rain, and we’re not exactly sure where it’s going to land,” said Dan Patrick, Lexas Lt. Governor. “Obviously as it got dark last night, we got into the wee morning of the hours, that’s when the storm started to zero in.”
