Update:

Here we go, crazy spice people, this one’s for you. The popular fast-food chain Popeyes has partnered with the popular YouTube series Hot Ones to introduce a limited-time menu that will burn your socks off.

Available nationwide since September 15, 2025, the collaboration features four menu items with various spice tolerances, from mild to extreme. “Together, we crafted a menu that mirrors the Hot Ones journey,” Popeyes vice president of culinary innovation Amy Alarcon told Food & Wine. “This collaboration is more than just food. It’s an experience that sits at the intersection of flavour, fire, and pop culture.”

The lineup begins with the Sizzlin’ Sriracha Dippers, — chicken tenders marinated in a pickled garlic sriracha sauce, served with ranch dressing — offering a positively mild heat level of 3/10.

Next is a crispy chicken fillet topped with a smoky sauce made from jalapeños, habaneros, apricots, and vinegar. Called the Smokin’ Rojo Chicken Sandwich, it comes in with a medium heat of 5–7/10.

For those seeking a real thrill in their life, the Darin’ Dab Ghost Wings have an 8/10 spice level. The wings are coated in a ghost pepper rub and come with a cool ranch dip infused with something that sounds like it was created in Area 51: Pepper X.

Finally, for those with no morals or family to turn to, we have the Last Dab sauce. Made with the Apollo pepper, it offers an extreme heat level of 11/10, delivering a truly scorching experience that challenges even the most confident of spice seekers.

If you want a bit of everything, Popeyes offers a bundle that includes all four items for $16.99, along with the option to add the Last Dab sauce for an additional $1. Make sure and get a cold drink. And don’t rub your eyes.
