This is Danny Ramirez: Jessica Alba’s new 33-year-old boyfriend and ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ star
The actress and Falcon from “Captain America: Brave New World” made their red carpet debut together at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala.

Jessica Alba has gone Instagram official with Falcon from “Captain America: Brave New World,” aka actor Danny Ramirez, who also appeared in the 2022 movie “Top Gun: Maverick” and Disney+ series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.”
Alba and Ramirez make red carpet debut
The new couple were snapped together at this weekend’s 2025 Baby2Baby Gala, an annual fundraiser that provides children with basic necessities. Alba is on the nonprofit organization’s board of directors.
The 44-year-old actress shared a series of photos from the event on Instagram, revealing that Serena Williams was honored with an award. The post also noted that Baby2Baby had raised $19.5 million to help provide essentials to children across the United States.
Subtle reveal on social media
Fans had to scroll through numerous photos of Alba with other guests, including Williams, to find Ramirez. The 33-year-old actor made things a little easier on his own Instagram feed, posting several shots with his new girlfriend.
Although it isn’t clear when Alba and Ramirez first started dating, they were spotted together several times in Los Angeles in July, five months after Alba finalized her divorce from film producer Cash Warren, her husband of 16 years.
Who is Danny Ramirez?
Ramirez, who was born in Chicago but grew up in Miami, began his acting career in 2016 with minor roles in Showtime’s “The Affair” and NBC’s “Blindspot.” He first appeared as Joaquín Torres, the character who becomes Falcon, in five episodes of “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” in 2021. He most recently featured in season two of HBO’s “The Last of Us.”
Ramirez’s rapid acting rise
The actor, who is of Mexican and Colombian descent, reprised the role of Torres/Falcon in “Captain America: Brave New World,” which premiered in February. It has already been confirmed that he will appear again as the superhero in “Avengers: Doomsday,” set for release in November 2026.
Ramirez is also set to star in and produce a “Scarface” reboot, which will mark a major milestone in his fast-moving career. No release date has been announced.
Upcoming projects
Additionally, Ramirez had been cast in “De Noche,” described as a “sexually explicit” love story between two men set in the 1930s. He was originally set to star opposite Joaquin Phoenix, who dropped out just five days before production began. Although not yet confirmed, “The Last of Us” co-star Pedro Pascal looks likely to replace Phoenix, which could finally get the long-delayed project moving forward.
